I noticed today that the price of Tembec shares are at $0.55 each. The alarming thing that i also noticed was that there was a volume of 3.79 million shares trading hands!! Does this mean we are being taken over??? Hmmm, makes one think!!!

Is it 2009 all over again? I don't think so. The company has forcasted a solid calendar 2011, but yet TMB shares tumbled almost 14% today. Is management withholding negative information? If not, they should calm the markets and provide guidance for the current quarter and perhaps beyond. It seems, for no good reason, that TMB is being side-swiped by what is happening with Sino-Forest or simply someone has decided to unload a huge block of shares. In any event, management should not remain silent in these circumstances.
